25-40 hours/week
The Hope Counseling Center (HCC) Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of HCC; including, but not limited to, Onsite and Telehealth Services; Administrative, Operational and Ethical compliance; and the HCC Clinical Partner and Internship programs. Additionally, the HCC Manager will be expected 1) to regularly provide direct counseling services and maintain a specified client caseload and 2) work with the Executive Director regarding strategic initiatives and implementation.
HOPE COUNSELING CENTER MANAGER
MANAGER OF VOLUNTEER AND NEIGHBOR SERVICES
25-35 hours/week
Responsible to develop and maintain a comprehensive recruitment, orientation, training, retention, and recognition plan for individual and group volunteers and to assist with overall flow of daily neighbor services programming and related database management.
20-25 hours/week
This receptionist position is a clerical and administrative assistant position focused on creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming neighbor experience. This is a key position of our Day Services Programs and will be responsible for daily operations associated with greeting and checking-in neighbors, scheduling, phone calls, and documentation.
RECEPTIONIST
CUSTODIAN
20 hours/week
The Custodian will be a responsible individual who will work to clean and maintain our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a regular custodial role focused on building upkeep and sanitation. Having a keen eye for detail, working independently with diligence, and supporting the Center of Hope vision for aesthetics are imperatives for this position.
